Once your order has been dispatched, the following delivery windows apply:

Peak Periods: During holidays or high-demand launches, carrier delays may occur. We will always strive to provide you with the most accurate estimates.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey in real-time.
4. Delivery Delays & Support
While we work closely with our carriers to meet all deadlines, factors such as extreme weather or carrier volume can occasionally impact transit times.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our concierge team. We will prioritize the resolution of any delivery issues.
5. Address Accuracy
To ensure a successful delivery, please verify your shipping details at checkout.

Modifications: If you notice an error, please email us immediately. Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

Re-shipment: Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for a second delivery attempt.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Our responsibility concludes once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
