Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We invite you to return any product within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase to facilitate the process.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You may choose between a direct exchange for a different item (subject to stock availability) or store credit.

Processing Times

  • Returns: Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 24 hours.

  • Refunds: While we issue refunds immediately upon approval, please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. Orders processed via Afterpay or other installment services may experience longer processing times.

  • Exchanges: For direct exchanges, your new selection will be dispatched immediately once your return is accepted.

Warranty

To ensure your peace of mind, all our products are backed by a 30-day quality warranty covering manufacturing defects.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

We have designed our process to be as seamless as possible:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our Customer Service team to initiate your request.

    • For Refunds: Request a "Return Package," which includes detailed instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

    • For Exchanges: Request an "Exchange Package."

  2. Ship Your Item: Securely pack your item and include the completed Return Form provided by our team.

  3. Finalization: Once your package arrives at our studio, we will finalize your refund or ship your exchange items within one business day.
